Haryana Scholarship
The Government of Haryana and Welfare of Scheduled Caste & Backward Classes Department has announced the prestigious Haryana Scholarship for 2021. The scholarship can be applied online on the official website. Please read along other important details and find the link to the website at the end of this article. The scholarship is for the the meritorious students from minority communities of the society. As per the official website of the Government of Haryana, the objective of this scheme is to award scholarship to the meritorious students belonging to the economically weaker section of the minority community. With this they can get better opportunities, higher education and enhance their employability.
The eligible students must apply for scholarship before the last date of submission of the application form. The Haryana Scholarship 2021 is available for the students residing in the State of Haryana. Please see below for some other scholarship awarded by the Government of Haryana.

Terms and Conditions
(i) If a candidate had only registered successfully in the year 2019-20, but did not complete his/her application, the candidate would still be eligible to apply for PMS 2021 and his PMS ID remains unchanged for the year 2021.
(ii) If a candidate had registered and successfully approved in the year 2019-20, the candidate would be eligible to apply for PMS 2021-22 and his PMS ID remains unchanged for the year 2021-22, but the candidate will have to complete his/her profile data based on Aadhar number filled by candidate in the previous session application (i.e. 2019-20) and same data is auto filled to assist data entry for registration. Data which is being taken from previous year application is as below:

– 10th qualification data
Applicant will fill current qualification, fee details and upload the attachments afresh.
(iii) If a candidate was rejected either by Institute/DWO in session 2019-20 for any reason whatsoever, he shall still be eligible to register again for 2021-22.

What is the Eligibility Criteria?
Pre-Matric Scholarship
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidate must belong to SC/ST/OBC/EBC/DNT category
- Candidate must be a domicile of Haryana state
- The annual family income of students belonging to SC/ST must not exceed Rs 2.5 Lacs
- The annual family income of students belonging to OBC/EBC must not exceed Rs 1.5 Lacs
- The annual family income of students belonging to the DNT must not exceed Rs 2 Lacs
Total Duration:
10 Months.
Total Amount:
- For Hostellers (Class 3 to 10): Rs 700 per month for 10 months. Ad-Hoc Grant of Rs 1000 per student per annum.
- For Day Scholars (Class 1 to 10): Rs 110 pm for 10 months. Ad-Hoc Grant of Rs 750 per student per annum.

How to apply for Haryana Scholarship Registration Form 2021?
- Visit the official website of the Haryana Welfare Department. You can click here.
- The link will directly take you the registration form. Please see the image below for sample application form.
- Fill in all the required details. Please make sure that you enter your mobile number and email id correctly.
- Click on Save & Proceed.
- You will receive a “One Time Password” (OTP) on your mobile number. Enter the OTP and click Next.
- Please remember all the important details like Unique Application ID, email ID, mobile number and your password. You will need them in future.
- After Registration you will get an “Account Activation Link” on your email account. Please do not forget to activate your account.
- Once you are registered, you can login with your Application ID and password.
- Proceed to fill Application Form for Post Matric Scholarship.
- Carefully fill in all the details.
- Attach all the required documents. Please refer to above FAQs section for the list of required documents.
- It is recommended that you keep a copy of your form either by printing it or by saving it in PDF format in your device.
