What is the Eligibility Criteria ?
For B.Sc., M.Sc., and M.S.:
Applicants must have passed High School (Class 10th) and Intermediate (Class 12th) Board Exam from a school located in Haryana with above 85% marks for Haryana Board Schools and above 90% marks for other Boards such as CBSE, ICSE.
What is the Mode of Selection?
Department will select the candidates on the basis of the POSE Scholarship Merit List that will be prepared based on the average percentages score in class 12th board examination in English/Hindi (and best of three from PCM (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) and Biology or B.Sc./B.A. course for three years.
What is the Scholarship Award?
Name of the Course Scholarship Amount
3-year B.Sc. Course – Rs. 4,000
2-year M.Sc. Course – Rs. 6,000
4-year B.S. or 5-year integrated M.Sc./M.S. – Rs 4,000 for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Year. Rs 6,000 for 4th and 5th Year.
Procedure to apply online for POSE Scholarship?
- Please make sure you meet the eligibility criteria as per above.
- You can apply to the scholarship through the official website – dstharyana.gov.in
- Click on ‘What’s New’ section at the bottom left side of the page.
- A new window will open. Click on ‘POSE 2021 Scholarship For The Year ’.
- Please do read all the necessary instructions.
- Login with with your unique User Id & password.
- Click on submit tab.
- After the successful Registration, POSE Scholarship Application Form, upload all essential documents.
- Click on Submit Form.
- Please take print out of the scholarship application form for your records.
Focus on: As per the latest official news, the scholarship amount will be credited directly to the student’s bank accounts (NEFT / RTGS).
